1. Manage accounts receivable functions for construction projects, including billing preparation, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
2. Prepare and maintain Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedules and apply percentage-of-completion accounting principles to ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
3. Perform general ledger reconciliations related to project revenue and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy of financial records.
4. Prepare, review, and submit certified payroll reports through applicable compliance platforms, ensuring adherence to prevailing wage and labor regulations.
5. Prepare journal entries related to project revenue and billing adjustments and assist in month-end closing processes.
